In order to access and submit your weekly reports, you must be officially enrolled in a Harvard ALP language course and have a working Harvard e-mail address or an Harvard ex-ID. Your ALP Canvas Site should appear alongside your other Canvas course sites.
ALP Weekly Reports begin on the second week of classes, and must be turned in every Friday of the semester by midnight.
If you do not have access to the ALP Canvas Page by the second week of classes...
You need to be able to access the ALP Canvas in order to start submitting your reports. If the African Language Program does not appear in your list of Canvas course sites, please contact the ALP Teaching Fellow as soon as possible by e-mailing this address: firstname.lastname@example.org. Once you are added to the student list, you will have access to all ALP-wide assignments and announcements throughout the semester.
To submit your Weekly Report
You need to be officially enrolled as a student in a language course, and logged into ALP Canvas Site and in order to submit a report for that language. To submit a report:
- Click on "Assignments" in the menu on the left of the Canvas Site
- Choose the correct Weekly Report
- Complete the Weekly Report Survey
- Hit "Sumbit Quiz"
