Teddy Chery

Teddy Chery was born in Haiti. He joined the Harvard African Language Program in 2022 where he teaches Haitian Creole.  Teddy earned his joint master’s degree in Public Administration and Political Science from Suffolk University. He worked at the United States House of Representatives as distinguished recipient of the Joseph Moakley Fellowship.  Teddy currently serves on the Board of Director for Boston Network of International Development and on the Advisory Board of Rian formerly know as Irish International Immigrant Center. Teddy is also very passionate about US immigration policies and have worked on TPS policy in addition to publishing an op-ed on Title 42. He currently works full time as a Community Engagement Officer for Urban Edge. He is passionate about teaching Haitian Creole and Haitian Culture.
